the gym had adequate equipment. there was a good amount of it, better than average. breakfast was really diverse and tasted pretty good. 12pm check out made for a leisurely exit.
the room felt old and dated. my window was dirty and gave off a basement vibe. the shower drain did not drain well. the location is on a busy street with potholes on the sidewalk near the hotel driveway.

I really enjoyed my time! Bryan, the concierge, was excellent. He's the best I've ever encountered. The room service was also excellent. I unfortunately forgot the guy's name. The hotel food was delicious, I thought.
The hotel rooms could use some updating, but this did not greatly affect my stay.

The breakfast offers a diverse selection, with many items to choose from. They are all fresh and delicious. The Club Lounge is worth the extra cost because it serves afternoon tea plus evening drinks and canapés from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The location is great for walking to restaurants and the Ben Thanh area. It is only minutes to bars and various places to eat. The opera house is about a 10-minute walk away. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
